One connected workspace for teams, tools, and AI employees.
Docs, sheets, boards, and agents that do real work, drafted by AI and gated by you, across every tool you connect.
Native connectors at launch: Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, and Stripe. Plus the Qotter MCP for developer tools.
Your tools already know everything about your business. They just don’t talk.
Qotter is where they finally do. Your tools feed one living workspace, and the brief writes itself.
Docs and wikis next to real databases and charts.
They read it all and write the brief before you wake.
Anything outbound waits at the Gate for you.
Start where every project starts: a page.
Think out loud, together. Then ask, and your plan turns into action.
- Real-time pages
- Draft → Release
- Living tables
- Instant boards
Then make the numbers real, in a sheet that never goes stale.
Your numbers stay live. Connect your tools, and the sheet updates itself.
- Live values
- Formulas anywhere
- Every connector we ship
- Charts from cells
Then put your agents to work, on everything you’ve ever written.
Every file becomes fuel. Agents build from your pages and every connected tool, and nothing ships without approval.
- Real work
- Files as context
- Approval gate
- Anything you ask
Describe it. Qotter builds it.
An agent with tools and triggers, or a whole app like a CRM, built for you, still yours to edit by hand.

How pricing works
Two simple axes
You pay per human seat, and the whole workspace shares one pooled usage allowance.
Costs are visible before they happen
Every employee shows an estimated usage range before you activate it, and its actual usage after.
No credits, no tokens, no surprise bills
Usage is shown as real capacity, and limits are visible before you reach them.
Rollover, not reset
Unused allowance partially rolls over on paid plans.
Billing changes never touch your data
Upgrades happen only when you deliberately purchase, and downgrades leave everything readable and exportable.
Questions, answered.
What is Qotter
Qotter is the AI operating system for a small business: a workspace of pages and databases where you build AI employees that do real work in your tools. You connect your accounts, describe the agent or app you need, and it appears, editable, in the workspace.
How is Qotter different from Notion or Zapier
Notion added agents on top of its existing workspace in 2025, and its most autonomous Custom Agents cost separate metered credits. Zapier connects a large app catalog, but approval before an agent acts is something you build yourself, not a default. Qotter combines the workspace and the acting agents in one system: pages and databases you write in, plus agents that read that workspace and your connected tools, propose actions, and execute only what you approve.
What does approve everything, undo what’s reversible mean
Every action an agent proposes arrives in the Approval Inbox with its full context before it runs. No consequential action executes without your decision. Every executed action is recorded in the audit log, and reversible actions can be undone from there, one action at a time.
When does Qotter launch
Qotter is in private build. Joining the waitlist reserves a seat and moves you into the referral-ranked queue for the earliest access waves.
How does the waitlist work
You leave your email, and the platform assigns your workspace to the queue. Seats release in waves; sharing your referral link moves you up the queue once referral tracking is live.
Is my data safe
Qotter is EU-hosted by design (Neon Postgres in Frankfurt), aligned with GDPR by construction, and built with EU AI Act obligations, transparency labels and audit logs, in from day one. OAuth tokens and API keys live in a per-tenant encrypted vault, scoped and revocable.
What does it cost
Qotter has a permanent Free plan with no card required. Paid plans are priced per human seat and share one pooled, transparent usage allowance, with no credits and no surprise bills. Final prices are published at launch, and nothing you build is ever deleted by a billing change.
