Build your AI employees, on a workspace that builds itself.
Connect your tools, describe the agent you need, and it appears in your workspace, ready to run and fully editable.
Qotter is an AI operating system: a workspace of pages and databases where a small business builds AI employees that read its connected tools, propose actions, and execute only what is approved. It ships with four native connectors at launch, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, and Stripe, plus the Qotter MCP for developer tools. Every action is logged, and reversible actions can be undone from the audit log.
Your tools already hold everything about your business. They do not talk to each other.
Email, calendar, chat, and billing each hold a piece of the picture. Someone still reads all of it by hand, every day, to know what moved.
The Operator Loop
Connect your tools
Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, and Stripe on launch, read-only OAuth scopes to start.
The workspace builds itself
Describe an agent with its tools and triggers, or an app like a CRM or a dashboard. Qotter assembles it, still yours to edit by hand.
The Morning Brief
One page at 7am: what moved, what broke, and what is waiting on your decision.
The Approval Inbox
Every proposal arrives with full context. Nothing executes until you approve it.
Nothing runs without your approval.
Approve everything
Every proposal arrives with full context before it runs. Until you approve it, nothing executes.
Undo anything
The audit log records what changed, who changed it, and when. A reversible action is reversed from there, one action at a time.
Audit log
Every action, human or agent, is written to an append-only log: actor, action, target, and outcome.

How Qotter compares, and what the terms mean.
Questions, answered.
What is Qotter
Qotter is the AI operating system for a small business: a workspace of pages and databases where you build AI employees that do real work in your tools. You connect your accounts, describe the agent or app you need, and it appears, editable, in the workspace.
How is Qotter different from Notion or Zapier
Notion holds your documents and databases but has no agents that act on them. Zapier moves data between tools but has no workspace to build in. Qotter combines both: pages and databases you write in, plus agents that read that workspace and your connected tools, propose actions, and execute only what you approve.
What does approve everything, undo anything mean
Every action an agent proposes arrives in the Approval Inbox with its full context before it runs. Nothing executes without your decision. Every executed action is recorded in the audit log, and reversible actions can be undone from there, one action at a time.
When does Qotter launch
Qotter is in private build. Joining the waitlist reserves a seat and moves you into the referral-ranked queue for the earliest access waves.
How does the waitlist work
You leave your email, and the platform assigns your workspace to the queue. Seats release in waves; sharing your referral link moves you up the queue once referral tracking is live.
Is my data safe
Qotter is EU-hosted by design (Neon Postgres in Frankfurt), aligned with GDPR by construction, and built with EU AI Act obligations, transparency labels and audit logs, in from day one. OAuth tokens and API keys live in a per-tenant encrypted vault, scoped and revocable.
What does it cost
Free Operator seats are claimed from the waitlist, capped at one live agent and 50 runs a month. Founding accounts (the first 100 to 150) lock $49 a month for the first seat. Pro is $99 a month for the first seat with up to 5 live agents. Every plan gets uncapped connectors and the Qotter MCP.
Can I bring my own AI model or API key
Yes. Bring your own frontier-model key, or run on the model tiers built into your plan.
